Summary Analysis of MDCK (type I) cysts overexpressing CDCP1-EGFP or its mutant. After cystogenesis in collagen matrix, overexpression of exogenous CDCP1 proteins was induced by the Tet-On system.
 
Overall design Four arrays (Canine Gene Expression 4x44K v2 Microarray Kit: 021193) were performed as one color experiments.
