Summary |
To determine pathways activated during sinoatrial node morphogenesis we conducted bulk RNA sequencing on functionally validated tissue preps of embryonic sinoatrial node and atria.

Gene expression analysis was preformed on RNAseq data obtained from 3 pooled samples of sinoatrial node tissue and 3 pooled samples of atrial tissue isolated HH stage 30 chick hearts (each sample pool was assembled from ~20 indivudal hearts)
