Summary The study aims: 1-to identify transcripts that are regulated during breast tumor cell plasticity induced by TGF-beta or by the silencing of PCBP1 expression and 2- to analyze the function of Platr18 lincRNA in breast cancer cells transcriptome reprogramming.
 
Overall design NMuMG cells were treated with TGF-beta or with a PCBP1-shRNA to induce EMT. Cells over-expressing or silenced for Platr18 were also analyzed
