Summary We report the genome-wide chromatin binding profiles of ERα and phosphorylated CREB1 (pCREB1) upon stimulation of human MDA-MB-134 breast cancer cells with estradiol or cAMP. We highlight the unique and the shared cistromes for each transcription factor.
