A developing T cell at DN3 stage from murine fetal liver was treated with ACY1215, stained for DAPI (blue), F-actin (green), acetyl-alpha-tubulin (magenta) and LAT (yellow), and imaged by confocal microscopy. Multiples of the same T cell image are shown.
