iNPC-derived astrocytes were exposed to recombinant C9ORF72-derived poly-GA proteins for 24 h. Following anti-tubulin immunostaining (green) and ATTO550 fluorophore detection for poly-GA (magenta), we can observe the location of poly-GA proteins within the cytoplasm, in relation to the intricate microtubule network.
