One of the notable features in a novel iUIP model of bimodal fibrosis is the predominance of PDGFRa (red) and PDGFRb (green) double-positive rather than PDGFRa single-positive areas in Col1-positive regions (white) in the second stage of fibrosis (Miura et al.).
