In this image, Mendes et al. use immunohistochemistry to show that all dendritic cell (DC) subsets, including plastmacytoid DCs (CD11c+ (red) B220+ (cyan)) in the spleen display high levels of p-eIF2α (green). The role of integrated stress response, which is controlled by p-eIF2α, in DC migration is described in the article in this issue.
