ON THE COVER
In this image, Goyal et al. use fluorescence microscopy to show neurons derived from the mouse pluripotent P19 cell line. The cell line on the picture expresses GFP-tagged γ1-COP (green). The DNA-dye DAPI marks nuclei (blue) and specific antibodies were used to stain the neuronal marker βIII-tubulin (red).
