The image shows a muscle fibre immunofluorescence staining in 5-day old wild type and two mutant zebrafish larvae. The mutant fish have thinner tails, the muscle fibres appear disorganised and not well aligned. The mutant fish model a disease caused by RNA exosome subunit mutations.
